Peter Hill
Peter relocated from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast in 2016, having retired from a career in retail. He worked in senior roles with Australia’s largest retailer of specialist drinks. These roles included General Manager Store Operations, General Manager Buying and Marketing, and General Manager of the Direct Marketing arm. A strong focus throughout his working life was to develop leaders of the future. Peters’ passion for helping others to live happy and fulfilling lives has brought him to One Step.

Ross Carlyon
Ross has worked in both government and non-government schools in Australia and internationally, as a teacher and as an administrator. Since retiring from fulltime work, he has continued to provide training and consultancy services to Boards and Senior Management, mainly in the schooling sector. In addition to this schooling experience Ross brings to One Step his cross-cultural experience as a Christian Mission executive with a particular focus on the Pacific Region. A theme throughout his career has been to enable people to reach their potential, overcome difficulty and thrive. This passion has brought him to One Step.

Elaine Abrahams
Elaine has held a number of positions on church leadership boards/councils. In 2001 Elaine was instrumental in importing a women’s leadership course from the USA which included all set up implementation, teaching and one on one mentoring.
As a professional singer, Elaine was involved in performing. teaching, coaching and major events management.
Working as a Diversional Therapist, she used music as a therapy while working with the elderly suffering dementia and varied disabilities.
Elaine has worked in Real Estate Sales and Marketing was also the NSW Major Accounts Manager for a school wear company.
Although retired, Elaine has a passion for mentoring and helping others achieve their potential.

Dean and Sharron Stewart
Dean and Sharron are business partners in an automotive dealership here on the Sunshine Coast employing some 55 staff. Aside from the mainstream business objectives, their most treasured business asset is their people, being staff and customers alike.
They work as part of a corporate structure and as partners in a franchise so they are very familiar with the various requirements needed at lots of different levels.
Dean and Sharron are active in the local community and bring an enthusiasm to see lives being changed. One Step is a part of that.
